What is Divorce Mediation?

Divorce mediation is a voluntary process where a neutral third party (the mediator) facilitates conversations and negotiations between you and your soon-to-be ex-spouse, and helps you both decide on the terms of your divorce. Mediation allows couples to work through issues they need to resolve so that you can stay out of Court and end your marriage as amicably and cost effectively as possible.
